Integra rebrands
Dealer buying group Integra has refreshed its
corporate identity and rebranded as Integra
Business Solutions Ltd.
The move, designed to emphasise its
commitment to remaining ahead of the game in a
dynamically changing industry. comes on the back
of the repurchase of the business in October 2015
and announcement of a new co-operative model.
The company has also refreshed the logos for its
marketing divisions; Alliance, Aspire, COG, Gold
and Directory, to bring them in line with the new
corporate identity.
Aidan McDonough, Integra’s CEO said: “This
new representation underpins our core values and
vision for a bright future with dynamic, progressive
dealers.”
In other news, the 2017 Marketing Programme,
Open for Business, is now available to members.
Integra’s 2017 programme now incorporates
new marketing solutions called Infuse. This all-
encompassing offering gives members access to
a range of flexible, managed services to generate
awareness and help support the marketing
function within their businesses.
The Open for Business programme features a
wide range of marketing material in both printed
and digital formats, enabling dealers to adopt
a multi-faceted approach to promoting their
products and services.
Abseil for Autism
In May, Simon Chapman, Managing Director
of Kent-based Temple Knight took part in the
Abseil for Autism challenge, organised by the
National Autistic Society.
Chapman abseiled 230 feet down the side of
50 Bank Street, Canary Wharf clocking up £970
[£1,123 including gift aid] in sponsorship. He’s
now planning to do a sky dive next year to raise
further funds for the charity.
Nuvias set to redefine value distribution
Wick Hill and Zycko have become part of Nuvias Group, a holding company for the pan-EMEA
distribution business being built by Rigby Private Equity (RPE).
With Nuvias, RPE is building an EMEA-wide, high value, specialist distribution business, with a
common proposition and consistent delivery. The strategy is to redefine value distribution to the channel,
enabling the channel and vendor community to deliver exceptional business value to their customers and
creating new standards of channel success.

Banner launches new
procurement mode
Banner has introduced an all-inclusive,
managed services contract that comes with
a guarantee to sell customers less. The
new Management Fee purchasing model
is designed to help streamline budgets,
consolidate product categories and simplify
the supply chain.

Viadex partners with NaviSite to fuel worldwide
growth
UK-based global IT infrastructure specialist Viadex has joined NaviSite’s growing
European channel partner programme.
Viadex has partnered with NaviSite to deploy its NaviCloud platform and colocation services to
deliver hybrid cloud solutions as part of its value added offerings. NaviSite’s flexible, scalable system
enables the VAR to adapt its business model to offer a range of new utilisation-billed cloud services,
in addition to delivering traditional CapEx funded projects, an essential component of the companies’
ambitious global growth plans.
Viadex currently has a presence in the UK, Singapore, Gibraltar and South Africa and is looking
to expand its footprint further across the globe. Key to enabling this expansion is the ability to create
recurring revenue streams, using utility cloud services.
Synaxon and JGBM
partnership
Synaxon UK has formed a strategic
partnership with specialist office
technology distributor JGBM.
The agreement provides members with even
more flexibility and choice. JGBM offers over
30 mainstream brands covering all key product
categories, including single and multifunction
printers, scanners, label printers, shredders, digital
dictation, headsets, ergonomics and AV, has strong
and established relationships with leading vendors
and carries more than 3,000 stock items for next
day delivery throughout the UK.
The full JGBM portfolio will be available
for Synaxon members to order through EGIS,
the group’s online procurement and order
management aggregation portal with immediate
effect.
