Altodigital boosts customer service
Altodigital is usingTomTomfleetmanagement technology to
improve customer service and cutmileage claims across its
100-strong car fleet.
TomTom’sWEBFLEET fleetmanagement platformwill enable
Altodigital to locate itsmobileworkforce and allocate jobs and route
engineers to customersmore efficiently.
Engineerswill no longer have to completemileage sheets
manually, but can useTomTom’s Logbook iPhone app instead.
“Trying to resource, plan and dispatchmore than 100 engineers

will be able to streamline and improve our operations,” said Service

Lexmark suite eases printer
management for resellers
Lexmark is simplifying the deployment of on-premise
and cloud-basedprintmanagement solutionswith the
launchof the Lexmark PrintManagement (LPM) suite
of products.
LPM provides resellerswith a complete offering including
secure Print Release for compliance andwaste reduction;
tracking and accounting tools that let partners and end users
monitor every print, copy and scanmade by any user on any
device;
full reporting options for proactivemanagement of the printing
and imaging environment; and
user controls such as print quotas and restricted access to
features such as copy, scan or fax.
LPM printmanagement solutions can be deployed on-
premise or through the cloud, giving resellers the flexibility to
offer a choice of deploymentmodels and pricing options.
